BUDGETS
  A primary and secondary budgeting system has been introduced into the upper and large class division bands.  This will create a "difficulty" terrace in gameplay.  In addition to iLeague regulated budgets, league organizations may implement any additional pricing plans they feel necessary.

SYSTEMS MANAGER V2.0
  The biggest addition to online marching organizations is the integration of specialized software that will ease the task of ambassadorship.  Weekly management time can be reduced down to 5 minutes because of this program.  The first release, for Windows 95, will automatically schedule competitions for you, hold competitions for you, hold the registry information for all of your bands, including any awards they have won, any special honors earned, etc...  Plus, it will generate .txt files ALREADY formatted into schedules, scoresheets, and point updates, ready for you to attach to emails, or even have the program email the bands for you, sending them their scores that they have recieved, their updated points, unused points, and any other pertinent information.  For more information, see Software Help or contact the Information Office.

  Now organizations will be ranked in various classes of experience, with relative constraints on certain aspects of their organization.  See the Rank Information page for more information.
