Once you have been given your authorization code from the Admissions Office (after Website Approval), you are to submit a listing of all extraordinary awards or competitions your organization plans on having on a seasonal basis. Listing should include:
*All extra awards you plan on awarding on a regular basis, such as Best Drum Major(s), Most Entertaining Band, etc...
*All extra seasonal non-awarding competitions that you plan to have on a regular basis. Extra competitions may award placements and caption titles, but NO POINTS OR FUNDING MAY BE DISTRIBUTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL FROM THE EVENTS OFFICE.
Once your Post-Registration has been recieved and accepted, you will recieve your certificate of registration.
Contact the Registry Office to submit Post-Registration.
